The S3X Optics Module is an important accessory for users that require a high quality projection component that matches the superior performance levels of the Discovery™ D4100 .55XGA control board.

The S3X is an ultra-compact module that consists of a Carl Zeiss® zoom projection lens, illumination system w/ integrator, relay system, and an incoupling mirror and fixture interface. This system is designed to provide the highest optical efficiency, which can be regulated and adjusted via the zoom lens.

The S3X Optics Module is designed to work seamlessly with the DLi Optics Adapter. This versatile adapter allows for fiber optic light pipes of variable diameters to be connected to the S3X and used as a light source. The S3X, when used in conjunction with the DLi adapter and the user's fiber optics will provide a low cost, easy to use projection solution for the Discovery D4100 .55XGA.
